ABOUT ME
I chose a career in UI/UX because it allows me to combine my creative abilities with my educational background. Since childhood, I have always been a crafty and creative person, building things with household items and drawing on any paper I could find. I also developed a passion for digital drawing, which enabled me to illustrate Disney Princesses like Snow White.
During the process of selecting my college major, I decided to pursue my passion for TESOL. I have always had a love for teaching foreign languages and have a strong interest in exploring the connection between language and culture. This field has not only helped me enhance my communication skills with others but has also sparked my creativity. However, after completing my MA degree in TESOL, I discovered UI/UX design, which perfectly combines my educational background with my interest in design. I became captivated by this field and knew it was the right fit for me.
As a bilingual individual, I possess valuable skills such as active listening, empathy towards others’ concerns, and the ability to communicate solutions effectively. I have a talent for understanding both user and designer perspectives, enabling me to identify obstacles that impact user experience and implement strategic solutions to improve the product's interface and user interaction.
Continuously learning about the UI/UX field, I am open to discussing job opportunities for engaging in casual conversation. Feel free to reach out to me via email or LinkedIn.
